Introduction To Martial Arts And Self Defense Course
If you have been curious about learning a martial art, Traditional Martial Arts Dojo is proud to offer a new class that combines introductions to both Tai Chi Chuan, Karate, and martial arts in a general.
Most traditional martial arts like Tai Chi Chuan, Aikido and Karate share many common principles and core elements. This unique introductory class will focus on the basic stances, strikes, blocks, kicks, redirection techniques, breathing concepts and self defense techniques of these arts, helping you explore the many benefits of traditional martial arts like:
· Increased Physical Fitness
· Increased Mental Clarity
· Increased General Confidence
· Self-Defense and Situation Awareness.
The Introductory Course runs on a two-month cycle, after which you can choose to continue to focus on traditional Tai Chi Chuan or Karate if you wish to deepen your personal practice.
