Just finding this website now. At the risk of forgetting humility, I must say that if you want to learn not only the how, but also the why of the martial arts, this school, with a lineage of instructors only 4 generations removed from Funakoshi himself, is the place to do it (Funakoshi, Kotaro, Kim, Mortley). I have noticed significant improvements to my level of confidence and in my physicalContinue Reading
