I have been training karate at the Mill Bay Traditional Martial Arts Dojo for over two years now and have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The atmosphere is relaxed and there is a wealth of knowledge to be learned. One of my favourite aspects about this Dojo is how quickly you can progress when you apply yourself to your training. This was the first Dojo I ever trained at and it gave me an excellent first impression of the martial arts.
Karate really helped me with my breathing, I was able to breathe much more clearly after a long run than before I began training in Karate.
I enjoy Karate cause it’s really fun and helps me with my balance.
